Raptor Lake Refresh that boosts up to 6.2GHz

Intel has officially launched its newest Core i9-14900KS Special Edition desktop processor, a flagship 24-core/32-thread Raptor Lake Refresh SKU that is meant to provide the most power possible, all at $689.

Up to 24-cores, higher boost clock, and 192GB DDR5 support

In addition to plenty of 14th gen Raptor Lake Refresh desktop SKUs, Intel has unveiled its new 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh HX-series mobile processors at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. These will bring improved performance thanks to higher clocks and other improvements and even promise some decent gaming performance, especially thanks to Intel APO.

A total of eighteen 65W and 35W SKUs

Intel has announced a total of 18 new Raptor Lake Refresh desktop CPUs, or as Intel likes to call them, 14th Gen Mainstream Desktop Processors. Intel is promising up to 37 percent higher multi-threaded performance compared to the previous generation.

Core Raptor Lake Refresh comes as i9-14900K, i7-14700K, i5-14600K

Intel has now officially launched its Core Raptor Lake Refresh desktop processors which will be known as the Intel Core 14th Gen series. Launching at the same price points as the 13th gen counterparts, the Core 14th gen promises up to 23 percent better gaming performance compared to the competition, and up to 54 percent better performance in creator workflows.

A lot of announcements expected on September 19

Intel has set the date for its Intel Innovation event that will be held in San Jose on September 19-20. Hopefully, it will be as interesting as the last one and we'll see plenty of announcements.
