KIOXIA Europe has announced the new EXCERIA G3 SSD series, a value-oriented SSD lineup based on KIOXIA's own BiCS FLASH 8th generation QLC flash memory, allowing it to hit impressive performance without breaking the bank.

Up to 43% faster compared to 970 EVO Plus

Samsung has now officially announced the new 990 EVO PCIe 5.0 M2 SSD series, supporting both PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 interfaces, standard M.2 2280 form-factor, and coming in 1TB and 2TB capacities. According to Samsung, the new 990 EVO SSD series is up to 43 percent faster compared to the 970 EVO Plus.
