Samsung has now officially announced the new 990 EVO PCIe 5.0 M2 SSD series, supporting both PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 interfaces, standard M.2 2280 form-factor, and coming in 1TB and 2TB capacities.
