Snapdragon 616, 3GB RAM, 32GB bargain

Almost two years ago we wrote about commoditized Android phones and how we expected it to start in 2015, and it looks like we were spot on. Companies like Xiaomi are selling their XIAOMI Redmi 3 Pro with Snapdragon 616, 3GB RAM, 32GB for just $145.99.

Chines shops are offering a lot of phones for under $200 and Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro for 145.99 is a great deal. It is rare to find a 5 inch phone outside China, as most of them start at 5.5 inch but Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro is a 5 inch phone with 3GB RAM, 32 GB storage, Android 5.1 and Snapdragon 616 octa-core.

The phone has fast charge 4100 mAh battery, Touch ID and is based on Miui operating sytem, 13 megapixel camera with PDAF, LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, 1080p video recording, 5 megapixel front face camera , f/2.2 aperture, 1080p video recording and of course 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS,touch ID,Miracast, fast charge. The only downside is the 720 P screen, but even that should look decent on 5 inch screen and... well just look at the price.

Snapdragon 616 octa-core (Qualcomm MSM8939v2) has four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz and four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.2 GHz.

Geekbying has them on sale and in stock and it does sound like a great phone for the money.
