LG G3 spec leaked

Will clean everyone’s clock

The specifications for the LG G3 have been leaked on on Sprint's website. If the specification is accurate then it confirms that the G3 will be the highest-spec Android handsets yet and will probably clean the clock of any rival.

The site said that the LG G3 will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with four 2.3GHz processing cores alongside 3GB of RAM. Oddly enough, it's not the Snapdragon 801, but keep in mind that this is a leak, nothing official yet. The LG G3 will also have 32GB of internal storage available as standard, expandable via a micro-SD card slot. The rear of the phone will have a 13-megapixel camera, while the front-facing 2.1 megapixel camera will be capable of recording HD video. As for the display, it will have a resolution of 1,440 by 2,560 which is much better than the already impressive 1,080 by 1,920 full HD display of the LG G2.

It is not clear which screen size the beast will have. LG is unlikely to go smaller than the 5.2in display of the G2, but it could be slightly bigger. The handset will run Google's Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, the latest release of the software and support 4G LTE. Word on the street is that the LG G3 could launch in September, obviously no word on price yet.
