Huge HTC One Max appears in leaked photos

Written by Fudzilla staff

5.9 inches apparently

HTC is trying to capitalize on the success of the HTC One with a couple of spinoffs. Two weeks ago HTC introduced a mini version of the popular handset and for weeks we’ve been hearing rumours of a phablet version.

Now the HTC One Max has appeared in a series of leaked pics. The design is instantly recognizable and it clearly has a lot of HTC One DNA. However, under the bonnet it is said to feature a Snapdragon 800 SoC and a 5.9-inch full HD display.

The leaked specs also point to 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, expandable via a microSD slot. We’re not sure about this. HTC doesn’t do microSD slots and it would be very surprising to see one in the Max. We don't buy it.

It is also said to feature a 3300mAh battery and a 4-megapixel Ultrapixel camera.
