AMD Temash APU shows up, officially

Written by Slobodan Simic

A4-1200 appears at AMD site

CPU-World.com managed to spot a Temash-based A4-1200 APU that appeared on the AMD Tablets with AMD Accelerated Processors website part. Although we have already seen some prototypes with AMD's Turbo Dock at MWC 2013, there has been few details on the chip inside it.

Unfortunately, the site does not offer precise details regarding the A4-1200 other than we will be looking at a dual-core APU clocked at 1GHz with Radeon HD 8180 graphics part. There is also a brief mention that it should use 1.2W in idle, 1.4W while browsing and 2.35W while streaming 1080p video.

Since Cebit 2013 officially kicks off tomorrow in Hannover, Germany, we are quite sure that AMD might slip even more details regarding the lineup.

More here.
